	BLONDE - Coopers Canadian Blonde is our first beer kit designed specifically to suit regional tastes. This light golden coloured ale has the moderate hop character many North American beer drinkers favour.
	LAGER - Coopers Lager is produced using the finest Australian premium malted barley and Tasmanian Hops. When fermented these ingredients combine to produce a full-bodied Australian Lager that is distinctive and refreshing to the taste.
	DRAUGHT - A full and flavoursome beer displaying a clean crisp taste with a subtle "bitter" flavour. Coopers Draught displays a good head with a fresh bright color. This style is sometimes better described as Draught Bitter.
	REAL ALE - Real Ale displays a solid head and a distinctive, full bodied flavour, enhanced by a soft fruity character. A true ale in style and color.
	STOUT - The stout is a fine example of the robust, full-flavored stout family. The unique, rich and dark texture of this product is produced by specially roasted black malt. A full bodied dry stout.
	CLASSIC OLD DARK - Classic Old Dark is produced from the selection of superior roasted malts, which are produced from the finest South Australian two-row barley. This combination of roasted malts and specially selected hops from Tasmania, provides the full and flavoursome taste, for those who prefer a darker beer style.
	BITTER - Styled in the old-English tradition, Coopers Bitter is made using aromatic hops and more malt than other beers. Darker in color than lager style beers, its strong refreshing flavour has made it a popular choice among those who appreciate the quality of this ruby coloured traditional beer.
	PILSENER -Bohemia's brewing gift to the world, adapted to produce a historically golden, clean, crisp brew. With a sharp hop aroma, bright, clear colour and a typical lager malt character, Coopers Pilsener is a real palate pleaser.
	WHEAT BEER - A light and refreshing German style Wiesse beer, with a quenching tartness. Made predominantly from the finest malted wheat and our own special strain of yeast.
	INDIA PALE ALE - Originated at Burton-on-Trent to be shipped out to India, Africa and the Colonies. The full-strength flavour of this beer is the result of traditional, prolonged mashing time. Its balancing hop bite and malty fullness give it a special zest!
	NUT BROWN ALE - Traditional two-row malted barley, choice hops and soft water combine in this Old English style dark ale to produce a nutty Northern character; soft, rich, full-bodied with a medium-sweet, malt-driven palate.

This extraordinary European style beer has a full bodied flavour with a pronounced but pleasant bitterness, deep amber in colour. Brewed only with the finest imported German hops, including the world famous Hallertau. You would have to travel to Europe to enjoy a beer of this quality. Mexican Cerveza 5% alc./vol. Blue sunny skies, sandy golden beaches, the warm turquoise sea, and of course, cold refreshing Mexican beer, bring back great memories. Treat yourself and your friends to this smooth and easy drinking Cerveza. Red Lager 5% alc./vol. This very popular Canadian beer lets you enjoy the dark richness of a British style ale, as well as the smoothness of a North American lager. It’s caramel flavours deliver a slightly sweet aftertaste. Let the great taste speak for itself. Instructions to Make Beer with 5% Alc. Vol. 1. Let product adjust to room temperature. Open bottle and discard cap. Drop yeast pill into bottle, and screw on separately supplied pressure cap firmly. Caution: Never use standard cap without the pressure relief hole, bottle will explode. Do not place any objects on top of bottle. Keep out of reach of children and pets. 2. Store upright out of direct sunlight at room temperature (not below 19°C, 66°F) until beer becomes very clear (1 to 2 weeks depending on room temperature). 3. Refrigerate upright for at least 12 hours. Pour carefully. Caution: Do not attempt to open bottle without chilling excessive foaming will occur.
